Refund and Return Policy

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of FemmeFlo products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once packaging has been opened or tampered with.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at support@femmeflo.com.au within seven days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist promptly.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction once the product has been opened.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within five to ten business days.
