Our mission is simple: to create thoughtful products that give women more choice, more freedom, and more confidence throughout their cycle.

Our hero product, the FemmeFlo Intimacy Sponge, was designed for women who don't want their period to dictate their plans. Made from soft, highly absorbent foam and individually wrapped for hygiene, it is designed to be discreet, comfortable, and easy to use — helping women feel confident whether they're exercising, swimming, travelling, or sharing an intimate moment.

But FemmeFlo is about more than a product.
